    Mine:

    1. Speedrunning Challenge Mod. There are plenty of different kinds of servers, but one thing I have never seen is a mod where you speed run a map against another opponent, either at the same time (race to the finish) or turn based (player 1 has a turn with a "time expired" limit to prevent ppl from wasting everyones time, then player 2 goes, etc.).

    2. ProQuake Locs for Sanity, etc. There aren't ProQuake style location files ("I am at RL with 0 armor and 37 health") for most custom maps. There are loc files in QW format for about every map that exists. The ProQuake ones are more "precise", but harder to make as far as I can tell.

    To make ProQuake locs, you basically have to plot a series of 3D boxes which can be achieved by the coordinates of 2 corners of the box.

    Easiest way to get coordinates.

    1. Download CRMOD and put it in quake\crmod

    2. Start Quake with -game crmod (and of course) -condebug (<--- record info from spot command)

    3. Type admin 1234567 in console to get full admin

    4. Flyme

    5. Bind "spot" to a key
    Then open up qconsole.log to get the console output text and put the coordinates in a file in this format:

    You don't really need locs for DM1 --- it's small -- but I made this as a test.
    3. Server Mods Repository. It would be nice to set up a library of 15-20 preconfigured mods in zip files that are "ready-to-go" for installation on server without ANY configuration.

    Examples:

    3a: A zip with rocket arena pre-configured 26001-style WITH maps and WITH wqpro.exe. Maybe even a FreeQuake-ized version with pak0.pak thrown in so the singular download would be 100% of all files needed on a computer without any Quake installed, as Rocket Arena doesn't need pak1.pak and I doubt anyone would complain about a shareware pak0.pak thrown into a seldom used download that would only be used by people who already have Quake.

    3b.: A ready to run 26002-style DM Practice mode one.

    3c.: A ready to run xCTF with Threewave maps configured for map voting of the Threewave maps.

    3d.: A ready to run Clan Arena X one, after that is debugged with a map pack similar to what is run on the SNS server.

    These are just some random ideas that came to mind.

            Made it already. it's lingering on my other harddrive.

                Judging by the lore I have heard spoken of Error's "other harddrive" this may take a while for that link...
