Sad
Could it have been hacked? Right now it shows registrar's ads.
A quick whois shows nameserver set to NS1.PENDINGRENEWALDELETION.COM. I hope the owner will renew it in due time.
That's why we needed a database backup.

I hope for the best, I don't think this is the same as the quakesrc.org situation somehow.Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.
So while you guys all have to fight your anti-matter counterparts, me and my evil twin will be drinking a beer laughing at you guys ...

The DNS shows an expiration date of 9/25/2010. Registrars always give you a bit of a renewal grace period (10 days usually) and I'm guessing after 5 days you get the generic "registrar page" as a heads up.
So probably how what is going on is different than quakesrc.org is it is unlikely that the database or anything is lost, just that the DNS needs renewed.
/All of that is speculation except the DNS shows expiration of 9/25/2010
Inside3D is run by FrikaC with scarecrow, Error and Dr. Shadowborg having Inside3D staff status. Maybe someone should try to contact FrikaC? As far as I know some of those guys hang out at irc://irc.anynet.org/qc #qc
p.s. I will scarcely be around this next week.Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.
