Quake 2 server help?

I'm trying to run a Quake2 Co-Op server, but I'm having trouble with it�specifically with friendly fire. There is no "teamplay" setting like there is for Quake 1, and dmflags are invalid in Co-Op mode. How can I turn friendly fire off?

I run Q2 DM servers but not COOP, sry. I guess you're better off asking stuff like this at Q2C or TS.
