This is just a theoretical, fun poll.
Many people have noticed over time the raw playing talent that most server admins have.
Perhaps good players like starting servers or perhaps it is because many server admins used to be or still are clan leaders.
Slot Zero, Shmack. Former leader of the clan [LB] with members such as the future and semi-notorious D11.WeirdQ. Slot Zero, according to legend, started his own server because he would quickly get banned at other servers.
Vis, HDZ servers. I've only played Vis a few times, he was handily beating everyone at rocket arena despite the presense of several experienced players last time. Known as a very strong player in CA+ and CTF.
Rook, Intertex. I always got a kick out of Rook beating up on Yellow in rocket arena, but that was back when Yellow's "broadband" -- if you could call it that -- gave him a laggy 120 ping.
Crash, RuM servers. I haven't played much with/against Crash, but he was fast from the little I've seen. I couldn't gauge him against the impervious Quad[RuM] or the rock-solid Jack[RuM] because I haven't played him enough, but he's definitely in the strong player category.
Yugo2Heck, IHOC servers. One of the few players that has historically been able to beat Toyo_Mr2 almost every time at Shmack, even with about double the ping.
Phenom, Bomber server. Known to "own" in the IHOC community, despite often having higher ping than other players. Left the IHOC-based wSx clan to form the more CA-based Clan SNS.
Polarite aka The Beast. Someone was telling me that he whooped up on one of the best players I know in DM.
Funkify and Lefty. Funkify aka Dolemite always "brings it" in any FFA game and Lefty is well known for his skills. "The only person comparable to me was l3fty he owned" -- Magnetar
