Nothing like a bunch of non-dm'ers who don't even play on crmod voicing their opinions on situations they've never experienced.

I would have to disagree. Before everyone migrated back to DM/CTF the majority of the same people were playing CAx on the regular. Kimp was around then and the same "situations" occurred just as often, if not more since he was more persistant when he first showed up in the community.

A game is only a game. The circumstances of your "situation" seem minor, and are justified. It is not worth crying over, nor is it worth creating a thread about every time it happens. Just overlook it and move on to the next game.

Don't forget that I also REMAINED on the server with INTENT to take kimps spot.

It's not as if I connected,banned kimp,and left.... I made dual effort's!! Rid server of kimp AND make sure the game in progress wasn't fucked over, but the mega rage-quit and running to make this post is why the game came to an end.


The game involving kimp was DOOMED from the start, because as others have said, Kimp's not allowed !! FOQ stop trolling this post and posting truck's please.

This is exactly the kind of shit I was talking about in the "5 years of quakeone" thread, where my negative comments were removed because they didn't fit the ideal "sunny sky with rainbows and birds singing in the trees, everything is perfect" unwritten guideline for that thread.

This game is 15 years old and still TRUCKIN on (umad?), but barely... there's just a handful of us left and we can't even get over ourselves, let alone outside distrubances like Kimp. No matter what kind of administrative controls Baker comes up with to permanantly remove guys like Kimp, this community will erode itself away from the inside. Don't you see that?

We _ALL_ mega rage-quit because we were on a rematch of very even teams, then you show up and just DECIDE that you're going to take kimp's spot.

Your selfish attitude is what pisses everyone off. Selfish attitude all over this thread.

Who cares about the people that actually PLAY on the server. A whole bunch of ppl in this thread that have never been stating their business like they have a clue. Selfish.

There's an obvious pattern here.

Mag admins, people don't get pissed.
BA admins, people don't get pissed.
Mindz admins, people get pissed, the server rage-quits, and people make posts about it.

Guns don't kill people, people kill people right? Or wait, in your case its the guns.
Mindz doesn't cause the server to rage-quit, its kimp, oh wait, NO IT'S NOT.

You could have at least waited the 10 fricken minutes until the game was over.

If you knew anything about DM, you'd know we take it pretty serious, and when we get a good game going emotions are tense. We don't take kindly to the kind of shit you pull.
