I was just playing on Shmack and the map changed to e4m3. I initially spawned in the graveyard with the elec rune. I go to get mega health and i walked over the mound where the megahealth box is and I fell into a pit. I was underneath where the mound is in the graveyard. In singleplayer there's a lift that exists that brings up zombies... did whatever event that triggers the lift of the ground not occur yet so I was able to fall through? Or did I encounter some sort of bug?

That happens to me sometimes too, its an interesting walk around there . I don't know what the hell kinda bug it is...

its not a bug,its where the Zombie's come from when your playing single player
the pit is in the form of an "L" shape
