Huh? Typically when DM3***s play on a non-DM3 map they get their asses handed to them and they ragequit back to DM3. If you guys get your asses handed to you on a non-DM3 map, then how is DM3 more challenging?e|------------------------0---------------

DM3 seems to be equal to de-dust of Counter-Strike. Overplayed to the point it's becoming hated.
I do remember back when I was heavily into Q1DM - House of Chthon was easily the most popular map on the servers I played. It's still my favorite DM map too.
I have to agree with Foq. Even with the de-dust example I gave. Many CS players claimed the same thing. I guess the idea of "more challenging" is the whole "it's so overplayed so everyone is great at the map" in which isn't true. Personally I've played DM3 countless times and frankly it's one of my worst maps to DM on. DM6 plz

More people like playing dm3 then hating it. SO your logic is wrong there. If you are so good at the game and other maps then you should be able to be good at DM3 also.Comment

Being good at a multiplayer map is also knowing the map well (layout, item pickup, spawn points, chokepoints) - so being great at a game doesn't equal being good at all maps.
Tournament players will play the maps in the tourny over and over to master them as each map does have different approaches.Comment

Its more or less the way Foq roll's. More of a bandwagon hater of DM3 than a "omg,I want to CA/DM on a nondm3 map,but it doesnt happen" in all truth's.
I would understand his extreme DM3 distaste, but I never see him playing on the server's that DEMAND dm3,because contrary to belief, for the past few months MrsMindz and myself purposely stage RAGE to reflect either ; DM3again /OR/ Rotating NewMaps. Never vanilla DM3, and I never see him arrive to play Quake even when the circumstances are IN his favor (NO DM3!)
there definately is a flaw but hell if I would care enough to investigate further !!
