sheeet, i know that much... except the "say team shiznits..."

I'm on W7 64-bit, running a GTX 260. why is it that when i open up Q, it changes the gamma for my other monitors (they all get really washed out).

This is a issue I've been dealing with for awhile, I recommend you use a low contrast and high(er) gamma, from within Quake.

whattup rook! qrack looks awesome. is there a list somewhere of all the settings?

what are the commands to change levels on bomber? and how do i put it in practicemode?

the lazy list is cvarlist or cmdlist

When first installing Qrack i have the defaults set to eyecandy. It's just the bloated "wow" factor. Mostly for playing single player with a noticeable difference.
If your setting up for multiplayer, select classic mode then change settings in the options/graphics options/ how u like.

on bomber use "warp" to change levels, practice to change to pmode.
