Tomb Raider Quake mod?

I remember way back at the end of the 90s when I was a kid, I played this Tomb Raider mod for Quake. It was very simple, it made Quake 3rd person, with a Lara Croft model and new animations and a double barrel shotgun with something on top(a weird low poly sight that looked like a pipe or a third barrel or something), and I think it made the movement slower.

Now, I know for a fact I played this mod, I remember very clearly playing it on E1m3, but I cannot for the life of me find any traces of its existence - but I am sure that I played it.

Can anyone help me out here?

I had that mod not too long ago. I used the player.mdl to make a screenshot of a zeusbot to create a taunt screen for a map I made. The mod was made by some guy named Madcat.
