Reaper bots in DirectQ

Yeah, I set it to 300, since I get 100-200 all the time.
And I set to 0 in the first place, because I did this in Quake 3 and it removes any limits to FPS there.

OK, there's precedent that makes it expected behaviour so I'll definitely add this for the next one.
