Looking for an old mod

Im looking for an old quake weapons mod and I cant recall for the life of me the name of it, nor a lot of details hopefully someone will know what im talking about.

All weapons were replaced, I cant remember all of them but I know the nailgun became the elephant rifle and the shotgun became some kind of automatic weapon, I think it was an auto pistol but may have been an smg, all I know is it was small.

I know all weapons had alt fires, elephant rifle could either use 1 shot at a time or both.

It was also one of the first mods with ejectable bullet casings.

Those are all the details I can really recall...Ive tried looking around on the interneet but the only one I could find with an elephant gun was beyond the darkness, and that definitely is not what im looking for. Help? I know its vague but SOMEONE has to have played it.

Unfortunatly no, it wasnt a DM mod it was just straight weapon replacement plus visuals for the ejectables and vwep. And now that I look at beyond the darkness, THAT is the elephant gun that was in it, but all other weapons were replaced as well. I dont know who stole the rifle from who.

Theres one other old one im looking for if anyone knows, again dont know the name, but all weapons were replaced with medieval weapons. Mostly swords like a regular sword, flaming sword, ice sword, but there were other weapons too like a mace and axe.

yeah checked there, not seeing anything like either of those, but also some ones I thought would have for sure to be on there arent like omen or team fortress

nah. I got a feeling they are some of the many many mods lost over the years. Too bad I was looking forward to seeing some of the swords on darkplaces, the models and textures were quite good for late 90s.

I apologize for my uselessness, but I just want to state my opinion... From reading your posts, I think that this mod is really interesting. I wish that I could have played it. (Basically, it would be a whole new galaxy, to say the least.) Once again, I apologize for not being helpful but I think that some people will truly appreciate my opinion.

Super Quake?

I just joined to let whomever wants to know that the mod may very well be Super Quake.

The only thing is that, while it does add a number of new weapons, I don't think it has any extra kinds of melee weapons--not that I remember, anyway.

I also have it, and will upload it to Mediafire if anyone's interested, but...I am currently having trouble running it with Windows 7. Darkplaces doesn't seem to like it much--chances are that the original problem SQ has (something about "The system does not support fullscreen mode.") can't be circumvented by Darkplaces.

Any ideas/solutions would be golden, and much appreciated.

Super Quake was nutty. Everything was replaced, but often times with something ridiculous (like the incredible hulk).

Ive been looking for it myself on several ocations for a long time
And i read this thread yesterday and made some google searches and stumbled uppon it.

Its a very well made weapon mod that should be on all quakesites!
