Gunter has in one shape or form maintained a Future Vs. Fantasy server for years. I think the server has been around since at least 2002, when I think X-Men hosted it. In the most recent incarnation, ORL hosts the server.
I visited the server last night and Gunter showed me some of the features.
Among the features at fvf.servequake.com are:

1. A special talk effect
2. Spawns suck your brains out and if they kill you, there is an evil Quake player roaming around with a spawn for a head that is hostile. (Cool!)

3. For lack of a better word, "ass raping" dogs.
4. Fish jump out of water
5. You can dance around and do crazy stuff during the intermission screens. Press 1 thru 0 on your keyboard to do different moves.
6. An interesting bloody gib rain where gibs ooze from the walls.
There were a few other things, but those were the most interesting ones I remembered.
It was some of the most inventive ideas I've seen on a server since IEEE and Dolemite were working on Beatdown Alley.
