So its been a couple years. I took a hiatus from q1 since about 2010.
I just wanted to ask the admins of this site if they would like the source codes to any of the "hacked" clients i coded.
It seems that seems to be one excuse for baneing all the ips.

Also to address the "hacking" and "ddosing" servers claim, those claims seem to have been somewhat pipedreamish, since i did not have access to enough bandwidth to "ddos" any server, and have never "hacked" into any server, other than changeing server settings via rcon through passwords i acquired from the admins of the servers themselves.

As to the "botting", I have only tested them for educational purposes which include the "stoogebot" which anyone can download by googling.

If any more things need to be addressed, feel free to ask them here.

ddos attacks against NQ servers are actually pretty easy and don't take a whole lot of bandwidth. you don't need more than one machine to do it, so long as your isp doesn't check/fiddle with your source ip.

releasing sourcecode for that won't help at all, as the only real fix is to change the half the network protocol, like QW+DP have done.

FTE's sv_listen_nq=2 setting is my way to mitigate the attack.

now, if you have any fun attacks other than the big one that I'm aluding to, I would be interested in the methodology, more than the source code.

When kimp said "Banning of all the ips" , he must be referring to the fact I banned every IP that I ever recorded him using to ban.cfg , after he DDoS'd cax.servequake.com that day we both was on the server /w kimpsauce.

I seen the ips in ban cfg but he still gets on under same ip.. LoL.. Not that i care if he is banned or not, i just hate people who go afk during a match.
