Hmmm, your question is not related to a specific engine.
There are several engines that support content replacement.
All these engines can use all replacement content. There might be some exceptions due to extraordinary file formats though, but that is really seldom.

    So in short words:
Existing replacement models, textures, skins can be used for all replacement content supporting engines.

The only thing that you must know is:
There is no file-naming standard in these engines !!
    That is the weak point.
Some engines must name their files different than others, or must use different subfolders than others.
Some engines are even "intelligent" enough to eat everything you give them in any subfolders. I would like to mentione MHs quote, that I love:
You can create an "elephant" subfolder and DirectQ will find its skybox files in there

But in the end, important for you to know is:
There should be no Qrack specific replacement content (rare exceptions may exist),
Only the file-naming is different in Qrack.

    Have fun,
    Seven

      http://quakeone.com/qrack/dist/qrack2011full.zip <- Qrack+Awesomeness.
      http://www.quakeone.com/qrack/pakX.zip <- Quake Player Awesomeness.

for PakX.zip , you will need to look in your ID1 folder, make a note about what the last PAK you see,as they are sequentially used (Quake came with pak0.pak and pak1.pak,and if you already have Pak0 through say Pak5, then you'll want to rename whatever is inside PakX.zip to be the next Pak which if have Pak5.pak in your ID1 folder than means, you need Pak6.pak
