All of the e*m2 maps have crates with the symbol on them, actually. That's interesting - some remaining trace of the original "story" or what?

Actually, it looks like all e*m1 and e*m2 maps have that symbol in them. Though, the e*m1 maps has it on the walls, except for e4m1 has the crates.
