Only for the sake of imagination:
Suppose that idsoftware was a public corporation. Suppose that I bought some shares from idsoftware. Games such as Wolf 3D, Doom, Quakes 1, 2, 3, and 4 have been very successful over the years. Rage has gotten some good reviews as well. There is a good chance that idsoftware makes a lot of profit. So buying shares from idsoftware wouldn't be a bad idea.
But then again, idsoftware might not be an excellent solution. One could take a huge risk and buy some shares from Company X. Let's say that Company X was mining for gold in Australia.
Money is funny. You know what I mean? In today's economy, some people are willing to do anything to make an extra buck. What am I talking about? Maybe, just maybe, idsoftware would be an economic solution. But then again, I am very bored right now.
