It's constitutional right to bear arms. Congress would have to amend to change that.
We have to look up the real facts from a reputable source to ascertain this actual bill.
If anything I would think that it's a bill that would allow police to search a house for illegal/unregistered guns with suspicion, to seize them would be more plausible.

they already do that r00k, usually they find other reasons such as meth dealers who have outstanding warrants so they can add the charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon during the commission of a crime.. in Georgia that charge is 5 years in prison minimum by itself, before they add in the drug charges or just outstanding warrant or whatever reason they had to search the house under suspicion.. Having the right taken away to have a firearm has already happened to me, the messed up part is the rule applies to any explosive projectile so being in possession of a bottle rocket could have the same charge, which is crazy.. I think everyone should have the right to own a firearm as many as they want, its not the guns that are wrong its people, I mean think about butcher knives or axes, people have used those to kill others with, a hammer, rope, vehicle, even Potassium chloride if they are sick and twisted serial killerish.. and studies show that people are more afraid of a knife wielding maniac than they are of someone who pulls a gun on them. Study has been proven. I don't have the article didn't come prepared but I read it somewhere lol so take my word .. but back to the ridiculousness of the rules they put on felons we can have a projectile that isn't explosive, like a crossbow or bow and arrow, just no fireworks. That rule is so insane. But like Its not the weapon that kills or injures, it is people plain and simple, I am an obama supporter but I don't have to agree with everything he says tho.

really the main reason obama got well my girlfriends vote was because of the requirement of insurance to accept you with pre-existing conditions, which is subsidized that way its free if you don't have the funds.. down side to that, i have learned from talking to someone is that It will be enforced to have coverage and that it isn't optional, and you will be fined, arrested, or some legal matters will happen if you choose not to have any coverage, which is insane I think it should be changed to something optional, not mandatory. I can't vote thanks to Clinton .. i think it was clinton who made it illegal for felons to vote im not sure.. well whoever it was, that is a stupid rule too.. Felons are just as much apart of america as everyone else if not more so because at one point we were property of the state we lived in.

The last.4 years has been unconstitutional. Everyone talks.about the constitution and our rights. You must be blind to reality of whats really going on. Time to sober up and listen in. I am.part of.the NRA *National Rifle Association* and a happy gun owner. The NRA has close ties to whats.going on in washington and those ties have even stated that our righta and constitution along with amendmants are out the window these next 4 years. Why would the democrats reintroduce a bill that not just bans *assault weapons* but also bans firearm sales to public interest (aka) civilians? In the bill being introduced there is a section that supposibly says *those who voluntarily turn in weapons will get a tax break for the next year, and those who do not will be forcefully taken*. Big brother is just waiting for the right time. Also it will not be the *local* sheriffs or police taking our weapons. The.milirary practice house to house invasions all the time. Knock 》announce 》hello law abiding citizens we are here to confinscate your weapons, any resistance will result in arrest or possible injury or death.. now the only way these.bills wont pass is if the republicans block it at the house level. But has that stopped congress from going to the Supreme Courts such as obama did for Obama Care? We now have 2 sitting supreme justices on the board who want guns banned. GG its.coming within these next four years.. our fellow republicans will fight for our gun rights but it will be a bitch to watch.

Lets get serious... Disenfranchisement was started by the greek and romans many many years ago to basically say... if you commit an infamous act or crime you could loose all rights which is also known as (civil death).. your righta are gone. Bill Clinton never started this. It was in fact started in the 1700s when the first congress put together rules. Felons hurt democracy, you commit a crime and now you want a say in laws and political votes. This is not a federal law, however only a few states allow felons to vote such as maine being one of them. The federak government left this up to the states to inact the greek-roman law. This is a little bit of history for everyone to understand..
