Mission Pack 2 - Dissolution of Eternity - How to get the 100+ health?!

Title says it all, really. :d

After the skill choosing area, in the second episode starting corridor, there's a 100+ health powerup if you turn around before entering the slipgate.
What is the usual way to get this?!
I googled for secrets and stuff, but just found the secrets in later levels and how to get to nightmare mode etc. (which I already know).

Any clues?!

It's real, allright! You can cheat yourself a rocket lancher, and then jump to it. I don't think that it's supposed to be there when you're playing through normally. They forgot to add spawnflags 1792 to it...

If you try the map in deathmatch mode, though... it's a very different map. It's a showcase for everything that Rogue created for the mod. All of the new powerups and weapons are there to be found. There's also some very nice changes to the map, including a few "secrets"...

It's probably only supposed to be there during dm games. When you play that map in DM, there is a set of steps on the left side that lets you jump up there to grab it. But they don't show up in a single player game.

Argh! I'm stuck in the Towers of Wrath map. There's a massive bookcase in front of what appears to be the exit, and I can't move it or destroy it.

I checked all the buttons on the map and I've pressed them all. Why is that bookcase still there?

Now that I think about it, I need a bloody guide to this game. I had to skip the level, only now to get stuck in Tempus Fugit because those damn guardians are near impossible to kill. D:
