Honestly I don't see any other color palette working for quakeone.com as its current theme, if the graphics are to change then they would have to be high quality produced images or else quakeone.com will end up looking cliche.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with the current theme of quakeone.com, its clean, themed very well and offers almost everything a gaming community would need.

Though others have different opinions which is fine and why we're here

any time spent concocting anything for quakeone community is time well spent imho , whether it gets used or not, bringing fresh idea's to the table is always welcome in a community, and the only reason I even mentioned something fresh is because of the uncertainty of component A working with component B type stuff, that solecord mentioned before,so we'll see.

Yes, it will be back shortly. I planned to have it up Sunday evening but ran into issues with upgrades. Long story short, our content management system did not appreciate the upgrade so now I need to find a new solution or start from scratch. I'm looking at a few other solutions. Until I get that up and running all that's live is the forums. No data is lost and it will all be imported over once we're ready.

I also have had other things come up so I've only had about an hour a night to work on the site which is why there has been little progress over the past two days.

Be patient! Like I said, I hope to have everything up this weekend.

The upgrade is still going on. It's a lot of work upgrading stuff and Solecord has to do it all by himself.
