Could be an error in the .fdg file. Try saving your map as a map file but put a Quake entity instead of the teamfortress one then edit it with a text editor and try reloading it back into Worldcraft. You may have made a mistake when you modified the quak.fdg and may have to restore it to the original Quake file.
