Can't test my TF map

: I can't seem to test my TF map : I tried running quake by typing quake -game fortress : Everything run smoothly but when i type map (mapname) : it gives me this error --> Mod_NumForName:progs/headless.mdl : not found : Why is this so? : I go my fortress progs directory and find the file : headless.tmp. Do i need to have the file or it just : something wrong with my Quake game : I am still a beginner though and will appreciate any help : Thank you : I hope this is not a stupid question, :) :
