many Triangles:
Players: up to 3000 Weapons: read this

Bugs:
Be completly sure that your model has no bug in it !
Originallity:
Only 100% new selfmade models will be accepted !
Convertions:
You need full permisson of it's creator, and credit him !
Readmes:
You have to include a Readme file including your emailadress !
Send
Files: If you send the files to me, via ICQ or
Mail, ZIP
them !
How
new TF2 Models will be evaluated by the Reviewer:
Mesh:
efficient of triangles, deformation, shape/proportion, etc.
Textures:
Level of detail, how many space, seam cleanliness, etc.
Animations:
The level of quality of the attempt, new ones, etc.
Execution:
Accuracy, Creativity, Fun Factor, Bonuses, etc.
