I accually LOVE when one team loads up on 4+ snipers...
I just go pyro and flame broil the little bastards as they all jump out of the balcony while on fire screaming like little girls with a sadistic grin on my face.
One pyro can desimate an entire team of snipers if played right...
1. The incendiary cannon is the ultimate in sniper harrassing warfare. Use this to distract the snipers and/or make them run for cover, use this time to run across the map (assuming 2fort, but same princable for just about all maps).
2. Once you get to the other side, grenade jump up into the sniper roost and say hi. Oh the carnage as half a dozen snipers light up like a christmas tree...
3. Toss napalm grenades at the exit to twart any escape attempt. You could even do this before engaging the sniper usually because they are so focused on sniping.
You know you are doing your job right when the snipers start yelling stuff like:
"Damn, pyros are so annoying"
"I'm out of here, that pyro is ruining the game"
"f4gg0t sp4mming pyr0 get some skill n3wb!"
Rinse and repeat until all the snipers either quit the game(looking for a pyro free server) or give up and switch to another class.
