1.
The game will be the latest version of Team Fortress.
2. The latest version of Mega TF will also be used. If a new version comes out,
there will be a 2 week grace period where clans must get the newest version on their
servers. Please note that if a version is ever released, it is at the discression of
the TPL staff to decide whether to switch to the new version.
3. Clans are expected to have the latest version of both TF and Mega TF on their servers BEFORE
THE MATCH. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit if an alternative is not
found.
4. Currently the Mega TF version in use is: v6.1.99
5. Currently the TF version in use is: v2.9
6. It is recommended that the server have the TPL Standard cfg on it but the referee will
check server settings before any TPL match.7. The league.cfg has a maxclients setting which should be
changed by the referee if needed.
8. All TPL matches must be played on
acceptable servers. An unacceptable server is one in which PL red (26% PL or higher)
for 50% or more players in any one clan in the match during the first 20 minutes
(including prematch). Example: If Clan A plays Clan B on a server and Clan A has 6
out of 10 players with red PL (26% PL or higher) and Clan B has 2 out of 10 players with
red PL (26% PL or higher), the server is deemed unacceptable and the match will continue
on a new server.
If packet loss begins after first 20
minutes (20 minutes or more, half way through match), the referee should ask if both clans
wish to continue the match on the current server or change to a different server.
Only designated MM1 users are allowed to respond, both clans MUST agree
to remain on the server. Otherwise, the match will be moved to a new server. |
