1.
Every clan has been assigned an opponent for each TPL week. Every clan is required
to contact the opposing clan to setup a match date and time. Then one clan must post
the match details on the TPL Schedule Board. The second clan must them confirm to
the match on the TPL Schedule Board. A referee will then be assigned to the
match. Please note, a referee will not be assigned unless the match is posted AND
confirmed on the TPL Schedule Board.
2. ALL match confirmations MUST
be in by Monday of the week of the match. Example: If Clan A faces
Clan B for week 6, they must send a confirmation message by the Monday of week 6 in order
for it to be valid. If a confirmation message or alternate offer is not posted
on the Schedule Board by the due date, the clan who has not posted the confirmation
message or alternate offer will recieve a forfiet.
3. There will be no matches on
Mondays as they are the due days for confirmation messages. All other days are free
for matches providing that both clans agree. |
