ok, I DL'd the bestiary models from the Quake reforged project website. (normal version for testing purposes) Now what? I looked at the readme but what it says for installation doesn't make sense to me, like, a portion of the explanation looks missing. There aren't any "textures" or "models" folders in the qrack main directory. Am I supposed to make those myself?

I made the folder textures myself and it works under qrack dir inside quake dir if that makes sense.
I run it -game qrack -ect.WARNING
May be too intense for some viewers.

whatever launcher you use or shortcut properties to set the command line options
-ect was short for those options.
mine are things like -dinput -mem=256 -zone 1024 yadda yadda
for example I use qtracker and this is its line:
C:\QUAKE\glQrack.exe -game qrack -fullscreen -nojoy -dinput -zone 512 -nocdaudio -mem 256WARNING

You may want to look for paks they are the easiest way for a beginning.

bluntz, you're the only one on at the moment, HELP ME my quake brother! Can you give me step by step instructions? i have the bestiary normal version from quake reforged. Now what? My Qrack folder does not have a textures folder. Does not have a models folder. Where do i put this stuff? Can I extract it to my Quake folder and it will automatically configure itself? Or do I extract it all to my qrack folder?

just put the water.pk3 file in id1 folder
it works with qrack too..at least it does for me.
once done open menu go to grafics ops and set water alpha to .2 or so
