Plus, I am going to test on the VMWARE enviroment before I actually put it into the real Physical computer.
You gonna run it in VMware Player, VMware Workstation, VMware Server or VMware ESXi? You might want to try ESXi on a spare box (if you can) -- it takes so much less overhead than Windoze(c).
