Cant coop

i would like to play coop on the official maps before trying the runequake mod..

does anyone know any "basic" coop server?
if not, im interested in running a server myself. any advice?

im not sure of any regular ones, sorry. As far as running teres a few guides online, maybe on this site? If not theres a few people on here that may be able to tell you how to accomplish it.
