Ahh yes, I noticed only one spot where it's doing this, just through the gold rune key door. I hardly noticed
Seems fine elsewhere, and I'm sure it can be fixed in the engine code at some point. I don't feel I wasted my time then. As I said there is similar spots in episode 3 where this happens too.

Oki I added seven's rain to the map (made it a bit heavier over the bridge area) in the .ent, and added some fog too. It's easy enough to edit or remove the fog if you don't like it. I like fog in the maps myself, even if it's thick in some places.

Please post your file here
You should not call the .ent file "e2m6", cause it is not the original e2m6 map.
Maybe a hint in a included readme would be good, that this is an enhanced version (with a different start area).
Please put all the files in your zip, that people need:
- e2m6mh.bsp
- e2m6mh.lit
- e2m6mh.rtlights
- e2m6mh.ent
Otherwise there will be questions and misunderstandings.
So people have all they need in one beautiful small pack.
OoPpEe will do the rest.
He is a moderator and can edit the posts in the other thread, which leads to old versions of MH�s combined map/files, if people allows it.
Thank you very much.
One last thing:
If you want, I can add your episode 3 .ent files into post #2 of this thread.
So people will not miss your great work. And episodes 1-3 are together.
Please advise.

Oh, there is no doubt, that they are good.
But when the author himself (Dani) says, that they still need some polishing,
I want to wait a little and give him the time, that he needs to finish them to his satisfaction.
Then we will finaly have the complete main game with weather files.
And then, even grave_digga will test them

Well, I wanted to add the missing rain on e4m1, but there's a cutroof (I think you call them like that) and the drops passes through them.. And it's not going to look good..
There are issues on e4m8 too:
Only solution.. Use snow instead of rain.. (snow doesn't have that issue)
But actually I don't have the time I need to make them..

I personally like the whole rain coming through in spots it shouldn't. This is more of a medieval theme, so of course there will be leaks in the buildingsGives off the look of leaking through the cracks. What would be awesome is if the rain code would start the shrink the rain appearance after a certain time. So on maps where it's doing this, by the time it's in that area the drops would be much smaller and look better.
So something like "stays default size until x feet", after that each 1/1th of a second it drops 5-10% in size, so it'd need to fall for another 1-2 seconds before it disappears.

daniocampo: just played through ep4 with your .ent files, I think they are fine and don't need any tweaking really. Maybe some more fog/hellfog for me, but I can add that myself, you should put em out official and then we can have a full pack.
I guess I'll start on the expansion packs now \o/Regular One Man Slaughterhouse
