    The first is a known flaw in FitzQuake.

    The second is because you need to add zone -1024 to your command line because it is running out of memory.

    If you want a version without the messed up player skin you can use this executable and source instead:

    The above is a slightly modified Fitzquake I made that happens to have both of the 2 problems you mentioned fixed. (Zone defaults to 1024).
