I don't get paid to go as far as I do and NOBODY around me seems to be even earning what they do get paid for, hence why I always have so much to do.

My wife has that problem big time at her job. She works with a bunch of lazy scum bags. Only difference there is that her superiors don't notice it. I've never actually hated somebody else's job before but...I fucking hate her job. They treat her like shit even though she works harder than most other people there.

@DK - I had to CREAM myself to get where I am at work. My MO was to have even my "peers" blown away by my performance. I mean so over the top and aggressive that it would be impossible not to admit that I am elite. I've toned it down a hair since then but, I still run circles around everyone.
