flooding, is what happens everytime kimp connects now to servers im at, is there no way to fix this ? I get the feeling he is in Israel, by the way his ping looks, If nothing can be done from here, by means of bans from servers like shmack and we$t$ide, i dont know if i can get my cousin in israel to do something, hopefully i can, all i need is an ip, to really "TRY" to at least get kimp sort of fucked up that way, at least by means of internet, my cousin works for the Gubment there, and can pull strings and find out info about most any citizen of israel, so, if kimp is living there, i can get shit done about it, if he is breaking a law, it will be 10 times harsher, i need to know if he is breaking a law or if he has in the past, at least i can get his isp fucked up if not some jail time... Israel is really tough on cyber criminal/perverts.

Obviously it's kimp who's doing it, but if you think the IP of origination is from Israel, he could very well be using a proxy located in Israel. I doubt he's smart enough to do anything more advanced than that (route spoofing, etc). Best of luck.

Kimp is in Camden NJ. This is what hes told me many times.
His IP is normally an IP in America, he will use a proxy from time to time because hes banned from so many servers.
Yes he does flood people alot and its unprevoked and random. No reason for him to do it normally he just feels the need to ruin the community and cause problems.
As its been stated before, kimp is a Cancer to quake and splinter is a Cancer to the forums. Get rid of them both.

I think it has something to do with the proxy's he uses. I they are not out their for free for no reason, I know i used them for megavideo and got attacked. Might need to reset your router. Good luck.
