So, I went and played a couple maps on bigfoot.quake1.net , and Baker apparently you'd stand corrected, this Pitbull player / MAKE TEA ? Wow, what a real ass hat. It seemed like everytime I found myself enjoying the game even with 180ping (1996 anyone)this guy would start spamming Henry Scrounger endlessly. According to some players the guy is 57 years old and apparently has a "Vendetta, because shit was talked to him and this other guy can't handle it back blah blah?"

A true timecapsule of Quake1 mentality lol.

Yea Pit can be annoying but he is funny as well.After a while you begin to understand him and you see he actually is a nice guy.
What always pissed me off was he likes to spawn frag a LOT.
Not so much that he does it but that he ENJOYS it so much!
Another thing he does is push you in the lava and laugh his ass off.

Pitbull is not hard to beat even with his 35-40 ping, ive gone to bigfoot and slapped him silly until he RQ'd and came back with another name just to observe or afk. He is annoying for sure, but i think he is mentally challenged in real life and lives with his parents or a care taker. I enjoy when he comes on US servers and tries to convince people he can rape you senseless on bigfoot. He pings 40! If you suck at 40-60 ping in the US he will rape you at. 120 ping in euro!

as for the mad quakers......wow your life must be either pretty fn sweet that your main troubles are concerned in a virtual reality, or so bad that you come on here to release your frustrations on those who you have never even met. Either way time to either:

That's an interesting, if a little distorted, version of events (from him - not you) and bears little or no resemblance to what I understand are the true facts of the matter.

However, I suspect one would find that responding to or trying to educate this individual on the error of his ways is like trying to teach a dog card tricks. Personally I've been waiting for Rook and Baker to add a "permamute" option for [Monty looks at his watch...] well... years.

Incidentally, the "Henry" person he is badmouthing is a good guy and, although it would be fair to say can articulate his thoughts quite "succinctly" , in my experience he generally tries to make the server a nicer place to be. Reading between the lines I suspect if anything has happened then its more likely to be Pit probably commenced his usual bombardment of the server with his imbecilic comments and Henry responded appropriately, and far more skillfully, putting Pit 's nose out of joint.

I hope players don't get the impression that every one on the Bigfoot servers behaves like that as in my experience that really isn't the case. Generally they are good bunch. well.... mostly and have a supportive, rather than "corrosive", attitude. Personally I rarely play there now as I've found other servers for a little escapism but a LOT of work by the admins has gone in to make that server what it is. Thanks guys!

On the subject of admins, it's my understanding that Bigfoot himself, Peg and Polarite are admins at Bigfoot. Although I could be wrong so don't quote me

The only person I've ever IL'ed was a certain Warlock of the Grim persuasion, and that was only because I felt I was coming close to (if not already at the point of) stepping out of line myself. Fortunately that particular individual doesn't need to be worried about any more.
