“While photographing the state police on horseback in the Parque Forestal of Santiago, Chile, civil engineer Germ�n Pereira notices something unusual. On the left side of the photo, near one of the horses, something resembling an alien being can be seen apparently crossing the road...
This was caught by a tourist shooting the mounted police.
The thing was not seen at the time it was taken.I used to have a better picture that showed it looked like that disease where a child ages very fast
