Remember one time we did a 4on4 on dm3 tical? I was total suckage, because I never do teamplay stuff. It's also a bitch because theres only one RL on the whole level. (and people camp it)

Those ones aren't cheat-free. And GCHQ (gchq.quake1.net) and BlackHat (blackhat.quake1.net) in Europe aren't cheat-free either, nor are any of the Brazilian CRMOD servers.

To make a ProQuake server run cheat free mode, you add +pq_cheatfree 1 to the server command line, otherwise it runs in regular mode.

Cheers for that so used to playing on gchq, blackhat etc with qrack/joequake forgot about it not working on cheatfree servers, if its a prob then we will have to dig out the older crusty clients I guess :d

Suroot CRMOD servers cheatfree servers ping depends on the location ,on some i ping 90-110+- and some 130+- 150+- 160+-

Best option cheatfree for me is in this line up :

OFQSP [nj1.suroot.com] New Jersey (cheat-free)

I'd prefer to play on a true CRMOD server, but I'm open to Shmack 26002 as well.

Try dm.clan-rum.org and see how smooth your connection is, at least that would let those that would like to use a newer client do that.

Those OFQSP servers are pretty solid. Right or wrong, it's always been my perception that Shmack 26002 shares bandwidth with Shmack 26000, and considering there tends to be 16 players there in the evening, I personally would rather play on an OFQSP server where that isn't happening.

Next Friday would be better for me so I dont have to cancel a dinner date with a certain lady in my life (although I wouldnt want to miss this) women dont tend to understand putting quaking needs first well not in the uk. Which begs an interesting question do women mind so much in other countries?

I think Friday June 16 sounds like a consensus thing (need to decide on the time that works best).

We need (USA players) need to organize a list of players who want to partipate and maybe rotate the partipants in the games.
