But but...... I am leaving because I am not active anymore in normal Quake! That's the point.
It is of course no trouble to keep on pasting all my Boring Bits and whatever else I am doing and making, but wouldn't that be a bit shameless?
I just thought I no longer had the right to spam my works if I'm not really attached anymore to normal Quake.

And guys, thank you for the offers to hmm.. fix the quake bits, but i'm not going back to normal quake anymore. I'm all ok with quakeworld now, for the times that I play.

At the moment I wouldnt even have time for it all. I'm working on a huge project in a poshy town. (Ok, same town as where I was born but hey, I turned out to be ok after all didn't I?)
I was asked to do some wall painting in a showroom for bubble-baths (woohoo!) and to my biggest surprise, the man wanted Quake drawings on his doors! He never ever heard of Quake, he has no idea what it is and never played it. Yet he fell instantly in love with the Quad****y drawing.
So I made that on his office door. Heh.
I'm proud of being asked for that project, also there is going to be a gallery of me, permantly showing off my works \o/ Now I can only hope it will sell good.

So hmm, now that it has Quake related bits in it, I could show off some pics eh?

Here is me, being all proud of the wall. HUGE work that was. Nasty bobbly surface wasn't so nice to work on. But the result is very nice.
I'll grab some pics (yes, also with the Quake related bits) and post it.

There will be some professional photografer hired when all is done and so, hopefully I can show some better pictures then with all the bits in the right place.

The original of the mushroom one is hanging in Finland.
And it's a bit far for a bike ride to New Orleans just for some door painting. That would become a horrible expensive door.

I have money - while you are here you can just paint the whole darn house (I don't want a quake house though lol). You wanna talk about exposure.. I live in one of the most famous cities on earth in an art district. You'd be some kind of famous PDQ. And so would I considering my neighborhood is historical and it's probably against the law to turn my house into a canvas. But you can let me worry about that.

I am done in the shop with the evolution spa bubble baths. Yay. Very pleased with the result of it all.
This is the last wall I have done.

No Quake sign in there hehehe, BUT..... the Quad****y door has been spotted in the newspaper already.

See? see? there on the right? Hahaha. Cool.
Further it seems my Moemfels are too cute to be true and taking over the world. Since they look so great on the walls and in drawings, they came on stones too.

Made more of those, on black stones and then only the Moemfel painted on it. Looks great on that black surface. Put a few around the bubblebaths of course and then people started begging for stones with moemfels.....

So that is keeping me occupied at the moment.
But I'm glad that the work in the shop/showroom is done, and I'm very pleased with the results.
