Consider that:
1. He has never claimed his work to be for the purpose of parody or education (in fact, he acts like he's a fucking professional).
2. The entirety of his work involves copying and pasting portions of Doom 3 screenshots and ripped texture files. That is conducive to unprotected derivative work, since no original expression is involved. Since he does not own Doom 3, but a license for it (if he even has a legal license), he doesn't have the right to distribute such derivative work.
