Doom 3 ROE mod - Tested v7

Started playin this mod a year or 2 ago. By far the most difficult, but also most well made mod in terms of gameplay, added nightmare imps in some stages, spectre pinkies. shamblers, lots of neat custom scripts, imported music, and loads of custom baddies!

which is insanely fun and big lol

This tested v7 mod, takes about 19 hours of gameplay to complete (Thats without dying!) i use some cheats, just cause right now im just sort of showing the mod to people who haven't played it

of course its more fun if i dont cheat, i just dont want to make you see TOO MUCH reloading saves, trust me , this mod will kick even VETERAN players asses, at times.

its probably the biggest map pack for Doom 3 there is.

How to play. Place Tested.pk4 into your Doom3/base directory.

Run game, type "Map tested" into the console, this will take you to the first level of the mod.

*NOTE - requires ROE Expansion pack to run this mod! (make sure you run resurrection of evil , not original doom 3 , to play this, or the mod wont work properly!)

If this mod is compatible with Sikkmod for RoE , that will be absolutely fucking epic!!! (if it doesnt compatible thats still Ok too since the mod itself is so nice, its tolerable on vanilla graphics as well but, if it works with SM. hell ya!

i CAN do good on some of this mod, but... some parts of it i get my ASSSSSS handed to me, the mod has extremely difficult parts lol but a challenge is always fun right? Hmm yea we will have to Coop some time, i work in a few hours , i have tomorrow off though ill see whats goin on then

right on will do , should have another level sneak-peek uploaded in a while, converting right now (Fraps makes such huge raw file size in HD)

19GB for a 13 minute video.... at least it goes down to 600mb or so after i convert to mp4. but still.... lol


yea this mod would be amazing to do coop in, hopefully it supports coop

if not there are plenty of other mods we can coop though.

Unfortunately, all mods dont work with BFG cause bethseda changed around the Code of the game


But if ya find the Vanilla game DVD yea , we can always spice things up with Sikkmod or something of the like! (wondering if thats compatible with tested too)

sorry, only had cheats to make sure video stayed underneath 15 mins long

(i hear ya, i don't like to have to cheat, but this particular mod, when you're solo, dying is 'common' to say the least hahaha)

just did it so i dont have to die too much and waste recording time, at least 4 now u know? when just showing some bits of the mod

the next video im going to upload, is a level of the mod with LOTS of those pain in the ass Gunners, and chaingun commandos, god they are overpowered.

edit edit: I actually want to start a real LET'S PLAY of this Tested mod.

but im going to wait till i have my 6 core in a few more weeks


then my FPS during recording will be much better ( Making it easier to stay alive , thus not cheating at all )

edit: Give all is actually FAIR because in these levels, you will already have picked up all the weapons in the game , your supposed to have the full arsenal by then

i have standard YT licence but i can upload 10h long videos or longer but idk why

I got a copy right strike once on YT for uploadin an episode of a show that is NEVER EVER ON anymore...


and thus account is currently ineligible for longer videos...


Kind of lame.

Might make a different YT account for when i actually do like Let's plays or something..

and keep it exclusively for gaming videos and let's plays or the like...


because YT is too anal about anything to do with shows
