Well let's see, the only options of those I use is AIM, ICQ, IRC, Jabber, and Yahoo. And guess what, Trillian supports all of those!! w00t.

I'm with QuadRaptor here, Bank what is this excessive bullshit you refer to? There's nothing excessive in Trillian that I can see... and if you don't want to use AIM for example, just disable it.

Trillian is nice, it's lite and fast. I had it on my laptop.

But I use GAIM now. There is no specific reason I use GAIM over Trillian, I installed GAIM so I can use MSN (I uninstalled MSN long ago, it's not coming back either ).

IRC is "ok". I like YIM best followed by MSN. ICQ sucks and so does AIM, at least in my opinion.

I'm have to agree with c*s (), gaim is the shit. It's stable and efficient and open source, and does every protocal I use. I'm typically logged in to yahoo, msn, aim, icq, and irc with it.
