Consequently, while we already in 6 days have most of the former Singed.NET crowd registered here, none of these players are. Heh.

(Yes, that one player's name is a little inappropriate, but what can you do if that's his name?)

Did Tical and Epyon ever actually play the final game in the December 2005 DM tournament?

Last I heard Epyon/Tical's match never happened. Tical was always on Shmack trash-talking Epyon, though. He always wanted me to 1 on 1 him, but I was always eating and watching so we never did.

Well he was constantly bugging me about a 1 on 1. I never said I'd own him or anything.

Still, he had a big ego problem. He was "almost" to the 138 Ralphie level (Ralph's still the wierdest self-worshipping dude I've ever met).

I played Epyon and some other DM'ers the other night on dm.clanhdz.com. I would like to get some DM'ers interested in quakeone.com and maybe create a dm forum, as the dm community is pretty quiet these days.

dm.clanhdz.com might be a good server to feature on the block server browser, although vis said the hdz servers may not be around much longer

Sooner or later I'll play him in a RA match. I refuse to play him in RQ because all he does is grabs Pack Rat and all the runes, and then shafts the hell outta me until he wins.

And then he boasts his ass off about it and then leaves.

If he took all the runes from me, it would not matter much anyway. I do not use the runes that much anyway. I can still get just as much frags without runes.

There's a player on shmack, all he does is drop every rune until he gets Jack-of-all rune. He's very picky.

Whoever is managing Singed should not make it the Runes Mod. We already have 2 main ones (shmack and fear) and there's more than enough CTF. I fully support the idea of reintroducing regular Quake without mods.

Me too. I am getting tired of runequake. We should have an old-school FFA Crmod server.

besides, quake is really old now and the people who are still playing won't leave if there's a shortage of runes. We die hards need to get back to our roots, enough of this modding.
