Honestly, there's so many free codecs and video/sound players out there that it's just personal preference. I've never used VCL nor have I ever needed it. The DivX codec for Microsoft Media Player plays everything I need played except for ogg files with is basically 90% qradio. I also use iTunes which works well in playing music files as well.

FOQ was a Quake clan that started around 2004. There were 5 or 6 members, as far as I can recall.
Then eventually, most of them stopped playing Quake at least for a while, and [FOQ]A, as he was known, became the only one wearing the tag. So he became the The FOQ'er -- the member of a join he once joined.
