That's funny, this is the exact logic you used on me when you first started abusing admin on me on rage. Then it was phenom, then it was just about everyone else who had problems with rage. You made a lot of people quit quake 1, and you are back to your old ways, except this time you are paying more to do it.

I see you have attempted to discredit my very valid assertions here about why you have admin by simply personally attacking my credibility.

The fact of the matter is whether I'm liked or disliked has very little to do with your judgement as an administrator. Phenom wasn't disliked and you still permanently banned him from rage for practically no reason. There was a lot of people you banned, I'm not the only one.

Since you don't own speaknow, you shouldn't be attempting to use powers granted to you by the owner to restrict or limit access to people whom you have a personal vendetta with.

Y5 didnt seem to be near as serious or hostile as you made it out to be. You could have responded as lightly as he was being and not made it into a big deal.

He wasn't being "lighthearted," he was as usual trying to attack me on what he perceives are my "weaknesses." My height and my unwillingness to make lots of quake friends. I guess I should pay for a quake server to overcompensate for real life too.

You think because I sometimes get into conflicts with fucks like you that I don't know what its like to be in those situations in IRL, I have been in too many. As a side note, its true what goes on outside our house. Everything on our porch has slowly been stolen and we get into conflicts with black people (that certain type of black person most people call the N word) regularly.

A few days ago I was on the server and some crazy noise came from the front door, and I told everyone I was grabbing the AK and had to run, this is what I was talking about.

The good news is I am moving out of the city once I get back from the czech republic in the summer.

That was the point I was trying to make. There is 1 server for the 1 and only mod that's really popular. So in reality here is my quake experience for the night:
I connect and get personally attacked. No complaints here, but when I try to talk back I get muted and banned.

Then the point is argued against me that since I'm such a bad guy in the past / or usually / or whatever, I deserved it anyways even if it was inappropriate admin behavior.

We have lost several players to this kind of admin abuse by Yellow 5. I find it disgusting. What I find even more disgusting is that he pays for the privilege to do it, and when he lost it by an alternative server coming up, he paid to have the privilege to do it there too.

Meanwhile there are several issues that are under-moderated:
disco and mark regularly ruining games by joining green. pldown always being at 4 when most people would prefer 3, even if they have to wait at least the game doesn't become 100% spam and totally lame. and surprisingly enough the #1 undermoderated issue as of late has been the admins themselves.

think about it this way, would there be any problems if yellow 5, sunshine, and this new spoon kid didn't decide to take action on a variety of people in many separate situations? no.

so here is what i'm seeing, there are very few problems on the server, and a good chunk of them are being created by the admins.

Omi complaining about personal attacks is like barry bonds complaining about steroids. Omi, no I don't exactly know you very well. But I have seen you around server alot of times. And yeah, sometimes you are completely fine and there's no need for muting or kicking of any sort. But more times than not, you've been the disruption and you've been the one launching personal attacks. Also, I would put forth that your attitude and personal attacks on people at servers is just as likely to push people away from quake1 as admin abuse. And if our admin abuse pushes anyone away, it'll be the so-called victims such as yourself. Believe me, you wouldn't be missed.
