bong is not niko. niko is from sweden and they don't ping that well to phi1.suroot.com. I'm pretty sure the matches were played on phi1, possibly nj1, either way it was on the east coast of the US.

Tia is good, whether you want to believe so or not. Personally, I am sick and tired of you referring to RQ in a derogatory manner. I have stood on the sidelines of this arguement for months, but you seriously have got to grow up and quit running your damn mouth all the time. RQ may not be your cup of tea, but a lot of great players play the mod. We don't walk around slamming CA every chance we get. We could (no self damage, same damn map over and over) but we don't. Niko pinged 90-100 and no, that's not Niko. It's some cheating ****** pretending to be niko. No one has a flawless shaft at 100 ping and runs around with 6th sense walls. I don't care what he claims. No legit 100 pinger would ever even come close to beating me, considering I beat some of the best remaining players who ping ~5-50. Those are the FACTS of the situation.

If NetQuake players had a positive attitude like the Quakeworld community does, the NetQuake community would be vastly larger.

Until the day some of these ******y foul-mouthed NQ players get their shit straight or get banned from servers/forums, NQ will have a community the size of pea.

This is NetQuake's biggest problem; the Quakeworld community views our community as garbage because of player attitudes here and I sometimes I don't disagree.

NetQuake has the best gameplay of any game ever created, but a small handful of the regulars are, honestly, trash.

This is our #1 problem; no other issue comes close.

Although I didn't think I would agree with a banning (temporary or otherwise) of any Q1 player due to their beliefs on a certain subset of players, I whole-heartedly agree with this one. Omi was just being a jerk because he could. I don't think it should be a lifelong ban, but I think a time-out in this case is warranted.

I'd like to think that this suspension would cause him to reflect on his views about RQ, but I don't think that is going to happen. He is an ass, and has been an ass from his first post, at least that is what I garner from other posters on this board.

He has been suspended before to no avail. I know I will be keeping him on my ignore list indefinetly. I have spent too many years in this community to put up with his trollish behavior.
