I appreciate that mindz, truely i do, also to all the other posts that everyone has made, it means a lot. Eventhough we try to kill each other in this game lol, we are a family of IP friends for years running that full heartedly have a lot of respect for one another and i cant ask for more from all of you, hence why i never talk shit to anyone unless its those ****s Wolv and Patton LOL! j/k, you know it's all good. This game is over 10 years old and there is still a love between game and players. If you guys want an update here it goes.

Honestly, my lawyer has assured me that all charges will be dropped to where I have to complete no sentence nor any probation but, the family of the deceased is going to push a wrongfull death suit upon me which I hope I'm not liable per the judge but those bitches can try!. Ive already dropped close to 10 thousand dollars into this between a retainer fee, bail and court fees..and i know it's still going to build in cost but I'm cool with it because the more money I spend, the more I'm going to sue the shit out of the family for and get every penny I spent back... plus some!!!. I might have Badaim but I don't fuck around lol.

i think that should be a federal, state and local law anyway. if you choose to sue someone and you lose the lawsuit, you automatically pay their attorney fees and court costs. a lot of people would think twice before smearing someone.

yeah but i'm talking the complete opposite. they're suing badaim, if they lose the suit, they pay badaim's legal fees regardless of how much he spends, punitive damages he incurs, the works. he shouldn't even have to counter-sue, it should be automatic. If that was common practice I bet he wouldn't have this problem right now. I know the family needs closure but this isn't the way to go about it (assuming badaim isn't a complete liar and really isn't at fault here).
