DM3 & CRMOD and why it's gay.

@lunatic: while not really related to the topic at hand, I applaud you for actually making an intelligible comment. Yeah, I don't like weapons stay. I would be perfectly happy with a crmod server that ran more maps than just dm3 and with weapons stay in the u.s., but that will never happen as all crmod/cax servers in the u.s. are all the same. Bigfoot is something different every time I go there. I rarely see a familiar map played and sometimes the game mode is different--yesterday it was headhunters.

Ah, sorry. Must have seen it somewhere else. I thought I saw you pushing for weapon stay somewhere. I've noticed that, on the rare occasion that we try out a fresh map in CA (not that I EVER CA...), I do way better relative to everyone else on a fresh map than I typically do on DM3. Interesting.

True, I do give you that. I have played matches on ztndm3. However, it's still DM3 95% of the time, and the other time it's ztndm3.

I would love to see a CAx server with map rotation like Dredd, or a CRMOD server with map rotation and weapons stay.

and some1 would have to make a good team game map for 4v4

cleaver is a great allround map (ffa, 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, maybe even 4-4) so is q3dmqw, omdm1 is great ffa and possibly 4-4 and up.. ac4,dranzdm7,a2,croctear,damaul7.. just a few suggestions that could be good 4-4 if only you try

cr-mod has weapon-stay (dmm3) but it can be set by a level 0 admin only..
