See, I never got into RuneQuake because once i tried it all my binds got remapped, it was like alice in wonderland confusing. But the mod is coded very well and there are some cool looking effects.

That gunctf has all the maps in the fore mentioned downloads, in two paks
so you can replace the pak0 an dpak1 in /ctf with this gunctf zip paks...

How much DOES 1 "hit" of Gaydiation damage do anyway? because, multiply that number by 4,and multiply the answer by 6 ! = WOW, I really want to know this number.

i just find it annoying that the most gay mod on q1 gets played nonstop by newbs. DM,CA,CTF or Coop rarely does... anybody can own runequake

The only people who hate on runequake,are the people who suck at utilizing the in's and out's of that particular mod. Honestly,its just "1 extra" dynamic that just so happens to be 200% more "Rune" than your classic 4 runes.

Just like Team DM add's "map control" to a game of Quake, CAx throws that out the window and puts everyone on even term's from the get-go. If you can't swim then I suppose you shouldn't get in the water, brah

lol I know how to play runequake, and use runes, I choose not to gay around with runes bc its so easy to kill theres little skill involved in it. It stopped being fun to me after 3 months of playing it....... brah

Was never a big fan of RQ.. it is very random.. the runes often do everything for you.. it just seems spammy.. jumpy.. and it is hard to differentiate the talent level when everyone is using retarded shit all over the place.. I find the other 3 mods have more objectives imo

He wouldn't even 1v1 RA w/runes. You can call it random,or spam,or you can call it newb. Bottom line is, RuneQuake is Quake. If that was to become the only "server" left in existance,half you newb's would quit and that would be brilliant. These server's are better off without the likes of "my way only" type quaker's. That goes for CTF "4 classic Rune" haters. *cough*

One could argue anyone who hates on Quake Flavor A but thoroughly enjoys Quake Flavor B needs to find a new game.
