The administrator of quake.crmod.com = the guy who pays the bills, does not want Kimp playing there.

Perhaps you could aid the server's owner and do something about this as a community? If you say that you can't possibly have a game without Kimp (why, I don't know) then why even wait for mindz to come and "fuck it up"? Why not just go play somewhere or something else when Kimp shows up? If you ask me, the game was fucked the moment Kimp showed up. Mindz is just following orders. If you have to blame someone and I know your little human egos have the necessity to do so, blame Kimp.

Kimp isn't allowed on the server - it's so simple. If Kimp is on the server. It's common knowledge, so still I can't understand why people get mad when he's kicked.

For all that have this anger issue with Kimp being kicked - create your own server, pay for it and run it allowing Kimp.
I don't see any of you giving $$$$ to Slot-Zero, so what gives you the right to say how his server should be ran? He's running it. He's paying for it.
Slot-Zero has the ability to shut the server down at any moment, so it's his server. If he wants something enforced - it should be enforced. He doesn't want Kimp there.
That means if Kimp is on, kick and ban. Not lets let Kimp play.

Magnus, Crackdog, I agree that he did "pull the trigger" a little early (if by pulling the trigger early you would think that he had anybodys feelings in mind which is clearly not a requirement).

Kimp isn't allowed on the server. Perhaps in the future Mindz may notice him playing and let the game continue, perhaps not. That's the way it works. So just don't start a game with Kimp, period, and you won't have these issues.

Baker was right about not liking something once in awhile. Can't love all admins/mods. Mindz has made more or less good decisions as an admin which is why he still had admin on servers.

No one has figured out an effective way to keep him banned, so players are left with the choice of not playing the game at all, or playing a game with him. If we choose to play a game with him can you really blame us? Our point is that you should show some respect to the other players involved in the game and wait until the game has finished and then ban him. No one is arguing that he deserves to be unbanned.

And once again, to make things very clear, nobody in the DM community is arguing on behalf of kimp. Nobody is asking for him to be unbanned. Nobody has sympathy for him.

Because I'm an active DM'er that actually plays on crmod and talks to most of the other DM'ers, I can make the above statement on behalf of the players that use the server.
