Yes I am THRESH, now let me explain. I was botting using a hacked stoogebot for experimental purposes to see exactly which versions of quake it works on. I'm an oldschool quake players from 1997 who hasn't touched the game in over 12 years.

I was very upfront that i was a bot and everyone playing seemed to be up to the challenge. And if you've never played against a stoogebot ... it can be exciting and challenging especially with rune quake ... and if using traps and other techniques he can be beat. teamwork will kill him too.

Anyways i see i was banned, however i never once talked smack or denied i was a bot, but rather i was rather spicing up the server and with a dying game you'd think the uniqueness and challenge of a real nostalgic client-side stoogebot on your server would be welcome.

Maybe you guys could put some good bots on your server and see if my client-side stoogebot will work against them.

And trust me getting a stoogebot configured and working properly is quite a challenge ... and just steering it around with falling in lava and such is fairly tough too. Some maps just go against a stooge ....

Anyways just thought i'd see if you guys r up for the challenge or not ? Otherwise I probably will just pursue other interests and let quake sink even slower into the abyss.

I also assume none of you guys r old school ... because if you were u'd recognize the name THRESH in about 2 seconds.
