They are a small company. I doubt they are evil enough to care about the $0 that Quake1 makes them, and I doubt the would legally pursue us recreating a small community of players for a dead game. Duh.

Quake is a property , if they make "Quake" free, it will require tons of legal shit that covers the bases of the name Quake continue's to remain a property of ID,or retain the rights to QUAKE the brand of video game....

Actually, you're wrong. But you're entitled to your opinion. The admins of this site are nothing but nice, and try to help in every place they can. There might have been a problem with (1) admin, but that's been resolved.
