If a group of programmers could work at the same time on each feature, one at a time, each feature would be more thoroughly and perfectly implemented, imho.

Such would result in a more completely implemented feature, rather than if each feature was assigned to a separate programmer.

For instance, if one feature assigned was to build a chatroom into the engine, all 5 programmers (i.e. R00k, Baker, Sp!ke, etc) would work together and collaborate on the same code base simulateously, with each programmer evaluating another's work and making suggestions, having them implemented if the whole group of programmer's see it as the best way to implement it.

Thus each programmer in the group would be looking at the same codebase and the codebase each programmer has at any given time wouldnt vary in any line of code from that which another programmer has.

So the philosophy here is...
So if 3 mechanics are working on a vehicle instead of 1 the work would get done much faster and with higher quality?

This is obvious and I don't see you doing anything but trying to crawl your way back into the QuakeOne.com scene as some type of -reborn-goodguy.

Here's the bombshell :

Blame Tremor, its 2012 and Kimp's only safe port of quake is STILL QuakeTX servers for the most part in the USA, and he continues to exploit this.

I ran into a brick wall that is QuakeTX land that had a Moat with some sort of "lets ignore kimps a douche bag who wrecks the community/online netquake USA servers" mentality, and to this day Kimp has amnesty.
